We created a compact, immersive, and interactive storytelling installation that placed consumers directly inside the "Legend of Topo Chico" from high-traffic retail locations, allowing them to feel as if they were part of the story.

Impetus

Topo Chico needed to celebrate its 130th anniversary and forge a deeper emotional connection with its audience. While the brand itself was well-known, its long and storied history was not. The objective was to bring the legend to life with a real-world, sensory experience that could push the boundaries of retail engagement, narrate the myth, and build a powerful brand connection.


Behind The Scenes

The platform was built using Unreal Engine and Touchdesigner, creating an immersive, AAA game-engine environment. We engineered a compact physical footprint specifically designed to be "dropped" into unconventional, high-traffic spaces like grocery store produce aisles. Using AI camera technology, the installation sensed physical movement, allowing it to trigger real-time, interactive effects within the experience. A real-time physical analytics dashboard ran in the background to track engagement and performance.
